the room was cozy and comfortable, with the necessary amenities, such as clean linens and towels, and well-functioning bathroom fixtures. the staff was hospitable and friendly, ensuring that the guests had everything they needed, including a hot breakfast in the morning. the hotel premises were spacious, with a great pool, fitness center, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel could have done better in providing the room keys to the guests, as it was inconvenient to have to ask for assistance every time.

The reception area is undoubtedly impressive, and very spacious. Another positive aspect was the location of the hotel - it was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. Moreover, the hotel offered a decent breakfast every morning.

My overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The guest service was poor, and the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The room carpets were dirty and smelly, and the linens were not changed during my four-day stay. Most alarmingly, the hotel did not provide a key for the room - meaning that every time I wanted to enter my room, I had to ask somebody to open the door for me. Considering the price I paid, I expected a higher standard of service and cleanliness.

We were impressed with the hotel facilities which were well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options available. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. the carpets in the room had an unpleasant odor and were stained.
